Thank you for using LinBridges ("the Extension"). We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Please read it carefully.
1. Data Collection & Usage
The core functionality of this Extension relies on third-party services. To provide these services, specific data must be sent to the respective service providers. We strictly adhere to the principle of "Data Minimization".
- Text Translation Data: When you use the translation feature, your selected text is sent to the AI service provider you chose in the settings (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI, Alibaba/Qwen, DeepSeek, etc.) to obtain translation results.
- Image OCR Data: When you use the screenshot translation feature, the captured image data is sent to OCR service providers (e.g., Google Gemini Vision, Baidu OCR, Aliyun OCR) to extract text.
- Vocabulary Sync (WebDAV): If you enable WebDAV cloud sync, your vocabulary data (including original text, translations, and notes) is transmitted ONLY to your user-configured WebDAV server (e.g., Jianguoyun, Nextcloud). We do not have access to it.
- License Verification: To verify Pro status, your License Key and a generic device fingerprint (used only to count device limit, containing no personal identity info) are sent to our verification server.
2. No Storage Commitment
We solemnly promise:
- The developer of this Extension does NOT store, collect, or share any of your translation content, images, or vocabulary data.
- All translation and recognition processes are real-time; no copies are retained on the developer's servers after processing.
- Your API Keys (e.g., OpenAI Key) are stored locally on your browser (Chrome Storage) and are NEVER uploaded to the developer's servers.
3. Third-Party Services
This Extension acts as a connector, forwarding your requests to third-party AI services. These providers may process your data according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies (e.g., OpenAI, Google) before use.
4. Data Security
We utilize standard browser security mechanisms (such as HTTPS encryption) to ensure the security of your data during transmission.

- 生词本同步（WebDAV）： 如果您开启了 WebDAV 云同步功能，您的生词本数据（包含原文、译文及笔记）将仅传输至您个人配置的 WebDAV 服务器（如坚果云、Nextcloud 等）。我们无法访问这些数据。
- License 验证： 为了验证 Pro 版本的有效性，您的 License Key 和设备指纹（用于识别设备数量，不包含个人身份信息）会被发送至我们的验证服务器。

我们郑重承诺：
- 本扩展的开发者本身不存储、不收集、不分享您的任何翻译内容、图片内容或生词本数据。
- 所有翻译和识别过程均为即时处理，处理完成后不会在开发者的服务器上留存副本。
- 您的 API Key（如 OpenAI Key）仅保存在您浏览器的本地存储（Chrome Storage）中，绝不会上传至开发者的服务器。
3. 第三方服务
本扩展作为一个连接器，将您的请求转发给第三方 AI 服务。这些第三方服务商可能会根据其自己的隐私政策处理您的数据。建议您在使用特定服务商（如 OpenAI 或 Google）前阅读其隐私政策。
4. 数据安全
